We take great care to extensively screen and vet all our staff to ensure we only provide our clients with the best highly qualified staff who will deliver and maintain exceptional high quality care. All of our staff members are DBS checked and have the relevant training to ensure that they can deliver a high standard of care. Annually all our staff receive mandatory training on Health and Safety, Basic Life support, Moving and Handling, Fire awareness, Safeguarding Adults, Food hygiene and all the other relevant training to keep them up to-date with current guidelines and legislations as well as refresh their knowledge. Before placement our staff will undergo a rigorous competency based assessments, interview and induction stages, thereafter they will be allocated to clients based on how their skillset will match to our clients’ needs.
